not waiting is such great advice! I had been trying for such a long time to get everyone together for a family picture but at the same time dreading what I would look like in them. We finally managed to get some done and I'm so glad! here we are now just 6 mo later and the kids are scattered across different states and we don't know when the next time is we will be together and its our only family picture we have!
