to drink more water, I use a bigger glass. that way I only have to drink 4 glasses if my glass is 16 oz., or if I use my water bottle which is 32 oz. I only need to drink two! I get all my water in easily this way.
When you do exercise you need to drink 2 glasses of water before and after exercising. This is half of your 8 glasses of water a day! If you drink a big class of water in the morning and one at night then you have your 8 glasses of water easily. :)
Having trouble replacing other drinks with water? Set a ratio for yourself. Start by saying you need to drink at least one glass of water per day for every non-water drink you have. Increase that to 2:1, 3:1, etc. Eventually, you can easily get in your eight glasses per day with one (or fewer) other drinks as a treat. Aim for the 8:1!
