Keeping the money, that is for spending while out - not bills, in an envelope for the month. That way I know how much I have left to spend, and how much I am really spending a month. It helps to save a ton of money, and to keep track of your spending habits for the year!
A lot of people don't know that when they use their debit or credit card they lose track of spending, and it doesn't register as spending real money. A research study showed that spending cash registers as pain in the human brain, so you remember spending the money.

Everytime I say, I Can't, I disempower and give myself a way not to go for it. The issue is not whether I can or can't, the issue is, "AM I WILLING"? I always have a choice between "I can" and "I can't". Both are equally habit forming.306
You can't possibly fail if you don't quit! This has helped me tremendously. If I would have quit early on my journey I would have never known that my knees would not hurt, my back does not hurt, have a whole new wardrobe not to mention all the compliments that come my way. I am walking on air!
Commit to exercise, but at a pace your body is willing to handle. There's a difference between "laziness" and a day when working out will hurt more than help. Sometimes you need to take a break for a day and then come back to it.
