When you have a scale victory, CELEBRATE!!! I'm weighing folks in for Weight Watchers right now. What an awesome job! When they have a great weigh in, I jump up, high-five them and we do a little happy dance right there at the scale. Share your victory with someone else and have a little happy dance party! You've done a great thing when the scale moves down! Be sure that your head knows how proud you are that it and your body stayed on track this week!
