Wake Up To - Water



I have a bottle of water at my bedside. When I wake up, I drink 8 oz. This gets my hydration started for the day. And somehow, it seems when I do this consistently, I tend to eat less. I don't know why or how; I just know it works!!!

  • I keep a water bottle with me at all times. I like lemon juice or lime juice in it for a flavor change. Drinking 8-16 oz. of water first thing helps me stay hydrated and also fills my tummy so I don't reach for the first sweet carb of morning. - by CHESHIREBEENA
