Eat all the green things first so you're pretty full before you hit the bigger calorie components and don't eat all of them if you don't need to.

    I guess you've never read the cardiologist's "South Beach Diet" - he says when you're served your meal, eat protein first. Protein satisfies you quicker, best way to approach your meal.
