By believing in your self no matter what anyone says or what obstacles block you on your journey is the key. If you believe you can beat all odds and succeed in anything that you try your hardest at you will.
Ground flaxseed and cinnamon will help lower your blood sugar and your triglycerides. Try a daily breakfast shake with oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnamon, fruit (banana, apple, papaya, whatever) , water and skim milk in the blender. Tastes good and will definitely lower your numbers!
