I have found that for me, one of the best ways to be sure I get the sufficient amount of water (and not overeat!) is to take a sip of water between each bite when I eat. Even if it is a snack, I do this, and it has really helped with my weight loss goals!

Getting enough water in helps me stay hydrated and feeling better in every way. When I don't drink enough water, I feel bloated and "blah". SOO, in order to make sure I get a good start on getting in enough water in a day, I fill up a large water bottle the night before (atleast 16 oz is what I do) and stick it beside my bed. In the morning, the first thing I do is drink the water...
if you don't like room temp water you could freeze it first and then sit it by your bed so that in morning it should still be a little chilled.
