I drink a glass of water the minute I get up, before I do anything else. Because it "cleans" my intestines, and it's a wake up for my body, to get it ready for breakfast, plus it's adding a cup of water to my daily intake of water!! :) Hope you like this secret!

Each song is avg 4 minutes so for each song do 10 sit ups and after the 10 sit ups breathe until the song ends and do it again for 3 more songs :) in less than 20 minutes you will do 40 sit ups and have no breathing issues
I always felt there was something inherently wrong about sitting on my butt while watching The Biggest Loser, so I got into the habit of doing step-ups during the commercials (I use my stairs, so can't watch the show while I step). Depending on the length & number of commercials, I can usually get 500 or more step-ups in during the course of a one-hour show, or 15-20 minutes of fitness minutes!
If you don't have stairs, you can purchase a step-up block from a sporting-goods store or even Wal-Mart or Target. Then, you could step-up while you watch your show!
