    Yes, absolutely true. Not sure exactly why it is but I am having to really hold the line on EVERYTHING to keep from gaining it back and I have NOT lost any of my healthy new habits. Still tracking, still drinking the water and NO sodas, still eating 4 to 5 serving of fruits and veggies a day, still not eating fast food breakfasts or lunches, still exercising almost everyday. Not sure what the deal is, I guess your body just wants it back and will do almost anything to get it back. I am determined not to grow out of my size 8 jeans! I too got rid of all my "fat" clothes.

    thia ia so true, i am going through alot of lifestyle changes right now, i am 4'7" and up until menopause and nightshift had kept my wt from 95-98 easily, then menopause and nightshift hit me like a ton of bricks, i gained 25 pounds and so fast, i lost it with the hcg diet, i have learned alot of maintenance tips from that program and know i need to exercise more now than ever but exercise keeps my pounds down and also the inner pounds down, exercise,water,and being accountable for what i put in my mouth is the key

    That is what I am afraid of. I have never successfully kept weight off before. I have also not looked at diets as a life style change... in fact previously feared life style changes.... am ready now but nervous.     Now that I have reached my goal, and gone below, I am afraid I will fall back into old habits. I have cleaned my closet out of all the clothes that wouldn't fit anymore, hoping this will help. What a gut wrencher!! It took me two weeks to get rid of the garbage bag of clothes, but it felt good!! Now I have a gap in my closet to fill and a future to uphold!!

    This is so true. I gained almost all of my weight back because I thought I could handle it and slacked on exercise and tacking my food. Won't do that again!!
