This time of year we are all on the go & we have to watch our healthy eating, find time to do our exercises. Remember the men & women that are away from home fighting to keep the world safe for everyone. Remember the true meaning of this time of year & spend it with family & friends. I will stay on my healthy eating & find 5 or 10 minutes at a time to do exercises. Dance my way to the rest room. Love & enjoy Christmas with family & people alone.

With the holidays approaching quickly, it is more realistic to change your weight goal from wanting to drop some pounds to trying to maintain your weight. The holiday season is the greatest test of portion control ever. Sure there are things that are bad for you and that you should avoid but if you focus on portion control and staying within your daily calorie intake, you will end the holiday season without a huge weight gain! If you keep exercising, you may even find you've lost a couple!
