My Weight Watchers meeting ran out of the new Getting Started books. My Leader was nearly in tears. She asked if I could go to another location to get some. I did. I was energized for the day! I got an email of thanks from her and the Territory Manager. I'm still smiling! Good deeds are noticed! And they do make us feel !

I have found that if I am feeling a bit down, one way that I help myself is to leave a SparkGoodie for a friend or if Ileave a supportive message on a blog or a page. It's a great way to tuen around my own feelings as well and I love doing it!!
Give someone else a boost who might need it too!!
I have found that lately when I am having a bad day, I smile at a stranger I see and they 9 times out of 10 will smile back. I brighten someone else's day and they brighten mine by returning the smile!!
So when you are feeling a bit down, smile at someone and see what happens.
Slow down to eat, just for ten minutes. Savor every bite, think about the flavors, how good it tastes and enjoy eating your food slowly. Don't wash down the flavor after every bite; let it linger for a few seconds before you taste something else or wash it down. You just might feel happier and more satisfied when your finished.
