Just feeling a little down and out of sorts? Need a pick me up? Do someone a favor!
I walked into my Weight Watchers meeting this morning and after weighing in, my friend, our Leader, pulled me to the side. She was running out of new books for the members. I hopped in my car and drove to the next town to get some. I missed the meeting, but everyone got their books! My friend and Leader had her day saved. And I felt soooo good. Doing that good turn for another felt sooooo wonderful!

Wall push-ups are a good way to get more upper-body exercise when you may not have time for floor push-ups, or maybe you're not so great at floor push-ups. They benefit chest, shoulders, arms/triceps, and core muscles. Step back just a little (safely) to "lean into the wall" more, and make the push-ups a bit more challenging. If you need to protect a wall from natural oil from your hands, try wearing non-slip or rubber gloves.
My secret is to partner up. There is always someone who wants and needs to loose weight. Be sure to pick someone that is actually serious about it though, not just saying it. Also be open and honest with your partner on weight, it's brutal and embarrassing but it works. You share each others ups and downs and help each other stick to it. Just like what spark does30
