I normally try to do something perfect instead of trying to do everything perfect. With my lifestyle change and goals, i've started to track my food everyday, which i've been doing so well. I know i've not been good at tracking my measurements which i plan to start doing in January consistently. I'm consistent on my water, fruit, vegetables now and packing lunch for work. They all didn't come one day.

I try to take one day at a time. If I take one problem and solve it the problems start to melt away. If I think of all the things I have to do or the problems that need attention I get overwhelmed. Sometimes I take the time to write them all down so I don't forget what needs to be done but the list helps me focus and prioritize what needs to be done first.
