One Pound At A Time



Try not to think 30, 40, 50 or even 100lbs. Concentrate on one pound at a time. It's important to have a long term goal, but it can also be very overwhelming if you have a long way to go. If you concentrate on losing just one pound, it will add up faster than you can imagine!

  • I agree. I have always had a long range goal and it always became overwhelming. Now I don't even focus on the long term goal I just think about the weekly weigh in and go from there. That's why I call it Baby Steps. - by PVILLAGO
