once a day i like to take some time to envision where i would like to be on the same date one year ahead. what do i want to look like, where do i want to be going, what do i want to be doing.
also i like to reflect back to what i was probably doing a year before. what was i worried about that i have overcome? what was i working on that i have accomplished? etc..
