Know your limits and when you've reached them, bow out gracefully. You don't have to do it all. In this month of celebration and festivities, we tend to lose track of all that we are in the midst of all that is going on. It really is OK to take care of YOU first. Season's Blessings to each of you!

I have a habit of doing 30 minutes on cardio machines and stopping, even if I am not exhausted. Today, instead of setting the minutes for 30, I just chose quickstart and it automatically set for 60 minutes! I just said, "okay, one more interval, one more song, till the end of the commercial break, etc." until 60 minutes and 600 calories had passed! I won't be setting a time limit for myself anymore because I know it limits what I can really do!244
Know your limits and don't be ashamed of them. If you are working out with someone don't feel like you have to keep up with them. There is a difference between pushing yourself and doing much more than you should. Know yourself!244
