I'm lucky enough to work within 5 minutes of a gym. So, instead of going out to lunch or just killing time, I head over and get a good 30-45 workout it 4 or 5 days a week. I eat my lunch when I get back to my desk.

I work less than 10 minutes away from my house and get a one hour lunch period. I put out my workout clothes, load my dvd I use, and get everything ready before I leave in the morning. Then, I change as soon as I hit the door, workout for 25 minutes, jump in the shower, and head back to work. My bosses are lenient with my time and I can make up however many minutes I need to if I run late either at the end of the day or on Fridays (I work 1/2 days on Fri.).323
