I used a DO NOT EAT mind state. This did not mean I starved, but I had about 400 calories a day, I put off food whenever I could; never had breakfast and exercised in little amounts during the day. I lost all my body fat and never felt better! -You never hear advice like this. pimp-my-physique.com
