This means eliminate most processed foods and eat whole, natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and unsalted nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts). An easy way to remember if a food is clean is: "If man made it, don't eat it". Stay away from foods that contain refined sugar, hydrogenated & trans fats, preservatives and any ingredients on the label you can't pronounce. Eliminate or significantly reduce alcohol. Bathroom Sink Mess of Products: sounds too simple to work
Since before time...I clean the bathroom and the sink stays clean for 3 days max.
I went to Target and bought a decorative caddy about 6x9 and 8 inches tall or so to place on my sink. I put everything in there (perfume, hairspray, moisturizer, lotion, etc...) If it doesn't it goes in the drawer! Two weeks in...what a charm! 104
