When i feel happy with what i wear and how i look in myself is when i feel most motivated to carry on. So find those few items of clothing you like on yourself and when you're feeling down and ugly and you want to comfort eat, put that piece of clothing on and see that that good feeling is worth carrying on for!!!

I find that if I just hop on the elliptical I focus too much on the timer and how many calories I am burning. Therefore, the workout feels like an eternity. So to distract myself, I put on a movie from netflix and cover up the time with a towel. Before I know it I am halfway through the movie!
I usually watch comedies because they are funny and since I am happy I work out harder. :)
