I have to say that I am less hungary then my pre-diet days. I started 1-Jan and have lost 18 lbs. Key is positive mindset. I wake up everday with 1600-1900 calories to 'spend'. If I need more, then I go have a great workout. Hard work pays off!

Each morning, I pack my bag full of healthy choices. I include bfast, lunch, 3 fruits, 1 yogurt, something crunchy to satisfy cravings (like veggies or granola bar) water and an emergency meal bar. I eat at certain times in the day and when I am hungry for something else, I go to my bag ONLY.
Using the nutrition tracker is very important to me. I even have the app on my phone. The part of this activity that has helped the most is I don't mindlessly eat anymore. Food is now fuel for my body. I pay close attention to what foods I eat and what my food is made of. I plan ALL my meals. It may sound hard, but its not. I now eat to live rather than eat because I can. The amazing thing about this change is that I enjoy and have more appreciation for my meals now.
