I have washed what I wear & hung it down stairs instead of bringing it up & that way I can get rid of what I don't wear easier.

I just did this on Monday - 3 large bags to donate, 4 bags of stuff that I had to toss (too owrn, frayed, etc to donate) and it feels great to have more room in the closet. Also felt like I was decluttering "me" as I am now more motivated to get back on my program!

Plus if you clean out your closet as you go and drop sizes it gives you more room for smaller clothing!
