    Yes strength training really makes your body look different.

    yeahh i def need to get onto the swing of things, its just so much easier to hop on the elliptical than do reps with weights emoticon

    Argh...I'm really bad about strength training because I find it SO BORING, but you're right -- I have to push myself to get back into it.

    I keep putting it off. I got into the swing of things again, but I've slipped away from strength training again. Now it's been over a week! emoticon
