I really am NOT into housework, but I don't want a dirty house so I've taken all my workout music (lots of fast paced, loud music) and I put it on, turn up the volume and dance my way through the dreaded dust bunnies. I get the work done much faster, use up more calories, and it really is a little less drudgery when scrubbing is done to the theme-song from ROCKY!!

At one time I really use to hate housework, but now that I have "The Spark" I just use housecleaning as a way to get my exercise in. I just pop in my favorite CD and I just clean and dance. You REALLY burn calories, get your housework done, and have tons of fun!
