Frozen shrimp, scallops
Steamed fresh frozen broccoli & cauliflower
Frozen mixed berries
large container Greek no fat yogurt
box raisins, walnuts
brown rice
multigrain thin rolls
You'll eat like royalty and lose weight too!!!!!!!
