I absolutely love the ease of using cool whip free! I use it for my key lime pie recipe...just 1/2 cup of key lime juice whipped up with a can of sweetened condensed milk...folded with a container of cool whip makes the filling for my key lime pie...I pour it into a home made graham cracker pie crust and it is delicious! I also use it for a marshmallow pineapple pudding for holidays, so much easier than whipping the cream, I just add sugar and vanilla, just wonderful...I highly recommend it!

Slice a banana and place it in the bottom of 4 dessert dishes. Top with Jello Chocolate Fudge Pudding (made with skim milk). Finish with 2 tablespoons of Cool Whip Free, a drizzle of Hershey's Sugar-free Chocolate Syrup, and 2 pecans, chopped. This makes a quick dessert with one-half of a fruit serving and one-half of a milk serving plus a little bit of the good things that nuts provide.
A similar dessert can be made with lemon jello pudding and blueberries or raspberries.
