I take pork tenderloin and cut it into 4 pieces... 1 cup red wine 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup white vinegar 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbs lemon pepper 1/4 cup onion flakes OR packet of dry onion soup mix So easy and so yummy and tender!! cook in slowcooker for 6hrs on low....
