What I did to break my plateau is switch up my weight training routine. I was doing moderate weight, moderate reps. Because I already am very muscular and don't want to build any more muscle, I switched to low weight, high (20) reps done VERY SLOWLY! (5 counts each way) Try it.

Yes, a change in reps speed is a really great idea. I think a change, however subtle, in exercise and food is a good way to get over the plateau blues.
