I know it's tediouis, but log every single bite you eat on the nutrition tracker. You'd be surprised how much those bites add up. I started doing this and found out I was regularly consuming about 500 more calories per day than I thought! Even if it's one cracker, two chips, one taste of cookie dough..log everything!!
Slow down to eat, just for ten minutes. Savor every bite, think about the flavors, how good it tastes and enjoy eating your food slowly. Don't wash down the flavor after every bite; let it linger for a few seconds before you taste something else or wash it down. You just might feel happier and more satisfied when your finished.
