If I feel like snacking I chew some gum first, it usually squashes the craving, then I try drinking water. Sometimes I'm just thirsty or feel the need to chew and it turns off the cravings!!! If I still feel hungry down the road then I will grab a snack but I usually wait and see first -- IT WORKS!

Every day I write down what I know I need to do and focus on more like walk, or drink more water or eating my fruits and veggies I write it on a little chalk board in my kitchen and in a note pad and while it's a simple and easy approach to keep me motivated seeing it in black and white makes me feel more accountable.252
