Members Were Sparked
This evening I've been on a motivation mission, seeking out success stories, reality moments from those who have shared their BATTLE GLORIES, with photos attached~backing their mighty success. What began as a sparkler in my hand, has become a roman candle ready for mighty colors to launch. My thanks are HEART FELT TO ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE FILLED MY HEART SO BIG~ ! This was the first day I wasnt able to walk at all. The physical pain was great & heart ache~OUCH
Spark has so much to offer where MOTIVATION is concerned. Search, ready, leave notes of appreciation, and compliments where do. This in itself, cant help but to inspire anybody seeking, praying, planning...to recommit, rediscovering their "LIGHTER SIDE," TOO!!

Use the USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference.... it's what the industry uses for "official" nutrition info and you can have it report the nutrition for the EXACT serving size you're using (the default is to report in a 100g basis.)
Google search for "USDA Nutrient Database" (not sure if they let you put links in here)
I picture what I will put on my SP blog on my one year SparkAversary. I want that blog to be about my success. I want to include pictures of the old and new me; of my old and new clothes. Keeping this in mind gets my butt off the couch and onto the streets or into the gym to work out.
Start searching the blogs and reading the success stories. It will totally keep you motivated.
One of the easiest ways to stay informed on your Spark Teams is to be notified when a new thread is started and subscribe to any current thread, then you will receive an e-mail when anyone responds to that thread giving you the opportunity to respond to them and keep involved in the team.
This is a huge motivation for me keeping involved with other Spark Members seeing their successes and struggles and supporting them along the way.
