Since i'm a teacher and usually have to bring home work, I try to put in everything I plan to eat that day in my nutrition section that morning before leaving.. It helps me to stay on track and I don't have to think about what I'm eating that day, plus it's much easier to remove something or add something than it is to put in a whole days worth of food, when I'm already tired and have to work on lesson plans

Putting on your sneakers is the hardest part of exercise.
The hardest part of any exercise program is putting on those sneakers and just doing the first 5 minutes. When you feel like not exercising or going to the gym, just put on the sneaks and your will find yourself getting started.
324I find that getting my exercise done the first thing in the morning gets my day off to a good start. If I put it off, everything seems to be behind schedule and I am upset with myself. Being a morning person may be why this works for me.
