Since i'm a teacher and usually have to bring home work, I try to put in everything I plan to eat that day in my nutrition section that morning before leaving.. It helps me to stay on track and I don't have to think about what I'm eating that day, plus it's much easier to remove something or add something than it is to put in a whole days worth of food, when I'm already tired and have to work on lesson plans

    Hey Kadejah. I am new and also a teacher. As I am independantly working I have loads of work to do at home (also lots of paperwork). I am starting with the SPARK properly on monday and I'll follow your tip. Thanks sooo much emoticon
