I read an SP article that suggested ordering half the meal to go as soon as you order. Most of the time I get more than half on my plate AND more than half in my "doggie bag." I end up eating most of what is on my plate, and putting the rest in my already almost full doggie bag. I end up savoring each bite, and drinking lots of water. The next day I eat half of the doggie bag, & have another half for another meal. I get at least 3 meals for the price of one! Thank you SP!!

For me I joined a gym and started to take classes. I'm taking circuit training ( step class mixed with weights ), water aerobics, Zumba. I'm also doing "It works" wraps for those trouble areas that working out doesn't hit.
I'm addition to that I'm eating right, at least 3 meals a day and maybe 1 snack, drink lots of water.
