i have found that if i just walk for 30 minutes a day at least 6 times a week i meet my fitness goals and it keeps me consistent.

  • This is a very timely reminder for me. With springtime allergies I have not been out walking this year. However, I do remember doing the type of walking you described last spring and thinking that the health benefits from walking outweighed the reactions from my allergies (they aren't terrible, just uncomfortable).
