i have found that if i just walk for 30 minutes a day at least 6 times a week i meet my fitness goals and it keeps me consistent.

    I am going to start with 20! I already walk 10 minutes to and from the train. Maybe just adding a 20 min walk after work will help to encourage me!

    This is a very timely reminder for me. With springtime allergies I have not been out walking this year. However, I do remember doing the type of walking you described last spring and thinking that the health benefits from walking outweighed the reactions from my allergies (they aren't terrible, just uncomfortable). Thanks for the encouragement!
