Measuring Food



Portion size is the biggest thing and I found that measuring my food and paying attention to the suggested serving sizes on packaging helped me learn what a healthy meal should look like!

  • What a great idea. I use a small spoon and fork when I eat instead of big spoon. That way I chew more and it take me more time to enjoy and eat my food. - by KNITTABLES
