One package of low fat crescent rolls divide out dough put a piece of chicken or low fat low sodium ham & low fat low sodium cheese on each section roll up bake at 350% for 15 minutes. I have a salad with this & a vegetable.

When cooking many times oil or some sort of butter like thing is in order. I have stopped that about 95% of the time. I use a low sodium or no sodium broth or stock now.
Selections are chicken, beef, ham, fish and veggie. There is something for everything you cook!

I also use egg beaters when I must have or use eggs, almond or soy milk or "creamer".... for coffee, sauces and recipes. Instead of salt I always use herbs and things like garllic, onion and ginger and even horseradish at times!
