Use 100-Calorie Ziplock Snack Bags For A Quick Snack!

I prefer the 100-Calorie Ziplock Snack Bags because they promote portion control. I love to fill the bags with cereal! I buy Kashi GOLEAN (14.1 oz) and Peanut Butter Captain Crunch (15 oz). AS SOON as I get home, I mix the dry cereals together, and portion them in the 100-Calorie Ziplock Bags. It usually fills 16 bags, lasting me 2-3 weeks. With just 175 calories per bag, I can add one serving of fruit for a great snack on the go!

You don't have to use the cereals I chose, but I strongly suggest that you add Kashi GOLEAN. I also do this with cashews, but you have to be careful! Nuts pack a TON of calories.

Instead of paying extra for "100 calorie snack packs", I buy a regular package of healthy snacks, and portion them out into snack bags. This gives me the ability to grab a quick snack without eating more than a single serving, and saves money.
I also re-use the bags, since I generally like the same kinds of snacks!
