I keep a list, that I look at every day, of four things that help me keep my life in balance. They help me structure my day, and if I cover them all, then life is good. They'll be different for everyone, but mine are: 1. Exercise and eat well 2. Always aspire to excellence, whatever I am doing 3. Reach out to others 4. Get organized These are four things that make me happy and make me a better person, physically, socially and emotionally. I really notice when one or more is missing.

Trying to stay balanced in life; mind,body and soul and at my Core is God.
I give thanks for the ability to exercise, the nice shower after a workout , the smell of soap and the abundance in food selection that I can afford. One day my circumstances may change. May I remain thankful regardless of my circumstances. Amen!
Don't skimp on sleep by trying to add more events to the days. It's a stressor & gets everying out of balance. and Don't repeatedly hit the snooze button, either go to sleep earlier or take a nap. Don't let the snooze button become a habit that needs broken.
I learned about balance by balancing my time.
It's easier to lose weight when you are not stressed or worried or obsessed about losing it. Better forget it for a while and enjoy life and find peace and balance and harmony. When you love your life, its easier to eat in balance and enjoy it.
