I record what i have eaten as soon as i have eaten ie breakfast before going to work then lunch etc
after tea when the muchies kick in i have a look at the nutritional values of things IF i eat them BEFORE EATING, this keeps me on track and lets me know where i am short (usually protein) but doing this i can now eat enough

    OH YES, I agree, I found by putting in my food (all of it I intend to eat that day) the tracker lets me see if there'll be any "damage" before I've actually done it, like too much sodium which is a BIG problem for me. I can adjust it and stay on track. Isn't this a great tool?!

    I keep a journal (my little black book LOL) of each day I carry it with me every where so if and when I eat something I can write it down, I also keep track my exercise. Then after supper I can track everything for the day
