    I have been stuck for a while now. Just know that you are healthier for trying.

    Well the closer you et to your goal the harder it is to lose those last few pounds!!You will need to really watch what you are eating and make sure you exercise. You might want to do something different that will shock your body.

    Im glad to see that i'm not the only one in this position. I cannot exercise as much as I would like due to various health issues. I carry on tho' cos I know that while I'm still tracking etc it means I am learning about my nutrition and the exercise I can manage, which will help me when the scale DOES start to move. At least I'm not putting weight on any more !!! emoticon

    I also have trouble with a 'stuck' scale but I'm also seeing non-pounds measures that are encouraging to me: clothes fitting better, being stronger, able to exercise longer (or at a greater intensity) without having to stop as soon, etc. Take heart - you ARE doing better.

    Same here. The closer I get to my goal, the slower it goes.

    My scale is moving very slowly, but my clothes are fitting better. That keeps me going. I have finally accepted that this weight loss goal will be slow in coming along, but the end results will be worth it.
