One thing that has helped me through my journey is not depriving myself. If I want a piece of candy I'm going to have a piece of candy. If I want a hamburger I'm going to eat that hamburger. You're going to have those days when cravings overtake you but its the days when you feel you have control is when you stick to your guns and before you know it you're keeping that weight off for good.

    My kind of Philosophy---Depriving leads to Craving which in turn leads to a Grumpy Mood!!!Once satisfied you stay on the straight and narrow for a longer period than otherwise!!!Cheating is GOOD sometimes---keeps everything on an even keel!! emoticon
