And I don't mean having someone do it for you! I mean find a movie on TV and use the commercial breaks to buckle down and clean. It's amazing how much you can get done while the TV screeches about laundry soap and the latest cars. Plus, you're moving fast and getting the heart rate up.

I read in a Magazine that if you come home to an unorganized environment, you feel overwhelmed and no energy- just thinking of what is looming infront of you. I feel this! It just makes me want to go to bed, and it seems WAY too overwhelming to know even where to start! So what I found was: give yourself 5 min. Say, "I'm going to power-clean, just for 5, thats not too much" Sooner than you know it, you will be burning calories cleaning a mess!
This has given me so much energy that I felt I wanted to go for a run afterwards, or continue the cleaning. It also helped during down time- I could really relax, so I could get my energy back faster! Even just try the 'at commercials' cleaning.. that will get you further too!
