i recently posted the secret about heart360.org. i have found since then that this site can also send you text messages of your choice when you want them. as an example i find my big challenge is to not eat everything in my kitchen at night so now around 8pm i have a text sent to me reminding me to put off raiding the cabinets - it's just not worth it! it helped yesterday - we'll see if it continues

Using RememberTheMilk.com you can create "tasks" and have it text you reminders for these. Each "task" can be a motivational quote or a reminder to go outside or work out. This is great for when you're always on the go and forget about exercise until it's too late.
