I just read that the Japanese have a saying that you should eat 30 different things every day. It helps make sure you get a wide variety of nutrients. Just make sure the portions are tiny. Think of a bento box, lots of little treats.
When a physical condition stopped me from working out, I was disappointed. I tried to lower the intensity but with little success. I had hit a wall and needed a door, a way out. I found it with qi gong. I realized that I had to think outside the box to find an exercise that I could do with little pain so that I would remain consistent. It is less intense than what I was doing before, but it gets me moving and I feel good afterwards. If you hit a wall, don't give up. Look for a door.
