Never stuff a cold turkey with hot stuffing. chill the stuffing, and remove it as SOON as the turkey is out of the oven! I know martha says never stuff it, but i do not agree.

Take a two-cup measure cup (see through) add water to the 3/4 mark, place a smaller container in the water. What does is weigh? Start placing your chuncky vegetables in the smaller container. The weight is the current measure minus the original weight (3/4 water + small container).
