What to eat, what to eat!? All those yummy foods on the Thanksgiving buffet and you have to decide. Already you have on an outfit with a waist so you can feel it getting tighter. Slow down so your brain gets the signal ... takes 20 minutes to feel satisfied. Then, take a tablespoon or less of the things you want. Taste each of them before you gobble one all down. Slow down. Enjoy people as much as food. YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember it's a holi-DAY, no more! Be sure to post your success!
