If you find yourself checking the countdown on your exercise machine continuously bring some masking tape with you to the gym and put it over the countdown. Your workout will go quicker if you stop counting the seconds and you'll find you can go further than you thought.

did you know that a nutritionist has a machine that will tell you how many calories that you personally burn so it makes it easier for you to lose wt knowing exactly how many calories you can use each day to lose weight ,,no guessing. I personally uses 1,239 calories. this machine measures your breath for 5 or 10 minutes and computes how many calories you use at rest each day. It was helpful for me .and the cost of the visit was covered by my insurance..I did have a Dr referral.
I get bored easily, so doing exercise has always been difficult to maintain, but alternatively, I try to do all my exercise on one machine, like the recumbent bike or treadmill, so that I don't break my rhythm. I went out and bought a no-name brand book reader that plays video. I load up an episode or two of my favourite show, prop it up on the display of the machine, and get my TV time in at the gym instead of on the couch.
