I came up with every excuse possible... working too much, traveling too much, etc. No more excuses! If I can plan my menu the night before and pack a cooler, I am good to go! I can also work out anywhere when traveling. Many of the Anytime Fitness locations offer a $10 a day pass! JUST DO IT!
I found a link to a site that encourages making a list of 101 things you'd like to do over the course of 1001 days (just short of 3 yrs). It gives lots of ideas to work from and some of the things were perfect for me and my health/fitness goals as well as travel, family etc. Check it out! 211
