I have lately fallen in love with green smoothies! I didn't realize they would help me lose weight! I start the morning with one and my energy level rises within a half hour. I expected better workouts and digestion, but I never expected a 6 pound drop in my weight! Wow!

I think I need to know what is in a green smoothie. I have been working at this for quite a while with no results except that I feel like I am eatting better.
